Dr. Jennifer Mamby Alexander is a medical doctor with post graduate training in pathology and cytology. She is a member of The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery trained in hair restoration procedures and the founder and owner of the Surgipath and Cytology Lab Service in Kingston, Jamaica. She also has a degree in chemistry and biochemistry from The University of The West Indies.
Her experience with hair loss due to chemotherapy for cancer, inspired Dr. Mamby Alexander to receive training in hair restoration in The United States. She used that experience to open the HAIR LOSS CLINIC OF JAMAICA which is the first hair clinic to offer hair transplantation and non-surgical hair restoration in Jamaica. Two decades of laboratory and microscopic experience have helped Dr. Mamby Alexander perfect her techniques in individual follicular unit extraction for hair transplants.
Dr. Mamby Alexander has been featured in Jamaica’s most popular newspaper and television media as the founder of HAIR LOSS CLINIC OF JAMAICA and as the self-published author of “A Practical Guide to Coping with Cancer” and “If Love’s So Nice, Why Does It Hurt?”
